Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about ordering, storing, and verifying our laboratory-spec retatrutide. Can't find your answer? Reach out any time.
Is every batch tested for purity?
Yes. A sample from each lot of retatrutide is analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory before it is offered for sale. We publish the certificate of analysis (COA), covering HPLC purity, mass-spec identity, and endotoxin results, on our Lab Reports page. We guarantee ≥ 99% purity.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day ship the same day from our United States facility. Every order goes UPS two-day, with Overnight available at checkout, and every order includes tracking.
How should the vials be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) retatrutide is stable at room temperature, so it ships and stores dry without refrigeration. Keep vials away from light. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated at 2 °C to 8 °C and use within the window noted on the COA.
Will the peptide degrade in transit?
No. In lyophilized form the compound is stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of normal shipping. Our stability documentation is available with each batch's COA.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer multi-vial kits at a reduced per-vial rate, and larger research-quantity pricing is available on request. Reach out through our Contact page for a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe and supports major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
What is the shelf life?
Unopened, properly stored lyophilized vials carry a shelf life of at least 24 months from the date of manufacture. The specific manufacture and retest dates are listed on each batch COA.
Are these products for human use?
No. All products sold by GLP3 are for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs or supplements and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
